I discovered my passion for caring for others early on when I was in the Philippines where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at San Beda University in 2012 then continued my journey in the USA, earning a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2018.
My commitment to education and mental health advocacy led me to complete a Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner post-master's certificate at California State University San Marcos in 2024. With a deep understanding of mind-body connections and expertise in medication management, I bring cultural competence and diverse experience from hospitals, corrections, and community health to my practice.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice to further enhance my skills and knowledge, so I can provide the best care that my patients deserve.
My approach as a passionate mental health advocate and psychiatric nurse practitioner is holistic and collaborative. I empower my patients through education and tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and achieve their personal goals, ensuring a path toward lasting mental wellness.
In my free time, I love traveling and exploring different cuisines with my wonderful wife and our two adorable sons. I also enjoy regular exercise to keep my mind and body healthy.
As a passionate mental health advocate, I believe everyone deserves quality care, regardless of their circumstances. Outside of my work at Wyco-care, I also serve part-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a local adult jail and juvenile hall, ensuring that these individuals receive the medical and mental health support they need.
